About this role
We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our our client who are a well known Charity Organisation, in Glasgow city centre. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of £12per hour.
This role is an ongoing temporary contract, with a minimum contract of the next 3 months.
Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Office based in Glasgow with parking available on site.
Main Duties are are:-
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
- Managing a busy inbox where a large amount of general enquiries are submitted
- Assist with the HR department ensuring personal profiles are up to date and accurate
- Maintaining office stationary levels
- Attend any office meetings and support by taking minutes
- Adhoc administrative duties required
