Search are partnered with a company to help them source for an administrator. The successful candidate will be providing full administrative support to staff and management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices, managing petty cash, and maintaining accurate records.
- Offering budget updates, managing timesheets, and handling payments.
- Conducting reconciliations, managing banking, and processing expenses.
- Managing donations and liaising with external agencies.
- Providing admin assistance, overseeing staff, and maintaining filing.
- Handling reception, inquiries, photocopying, and drafting documents.
- Managing mail, stock, records, and organising meetings.
- Undertaking additional duties as needed.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with deadline orientation.
- Effective communicator across all levels.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Warm, professional manner for interactions with staff and customers.
