Lisa Mclean, Managing Director, Search Health & Social Care

With over 20 years of experience recruiting across the UK’s health and social care sector, she leads a highly skilled team of over 60 specialist recruiters with wide ranging expertise across the healthcare landscape.

Lisa has been instrumental in growing Search’s healthcare recruitment offering across the UK, and led the team’s expansion to Scotland in 2017. She is fully committed to supporting women in their professional endeavours. Through strong emphasis on the importance of diversity, she continues to inspire those around her by drawing on their unique skills and talents.

Julie Calisir, Managing Director, General & Commercial Staffing

Julie joined Search in May 2011, as an Associate Director with a remit to strengthen Search’s commercial offering in Scotland, bring together the expertise and knowledge of their Call & Contact Centre and Business Support offerings under one reporting line to offer a more client focussed service.

September 2012, Julie was promoted to Director and again in April 2019 to her current role as Managing Director UK, of one of not only Search’s largest standalone businesses but across the Commercial UK recruitment industry.

Julie’s leadership and hands on management style has seen her business areas grow from strength to strength in her tenure at Search, nurturing, developing and retaining top talent, a significant number of them women, to produce not just award winning and high performing individuals but teams across the UK.

Karyn Du Vivier, Group Financial Controller

Karyn has been Search Consultancy’s Financial Controller since 2011, after initially joining the company in 2010 as Finance Manager.

Prior to Search, Karyn began her career as a trainee accountant in the travel industry, qualifying as a Chartered Management Accountant in 2004. She held a variety of roles in accountancy and finance before becoming Group Accountant for an airline in 2008.

Karyn is involved in all aspects of Search’s financial management, including overseeing the Staff Payroll, Finance and Accounts Payable teams.

Based in Search’s Atrium Court headquarters in Glasgow, Karyn is particularly passionate about the people and teams she works with, who in her view make Search such a great place to work.
