The Legal Counsel typically reports directly to the General Counsel and plays an active role in supporting a company’s operational teams. As such, the Legal Counsel will manage, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, particularly sales, services and license agreements for commercial products and services.
As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing contractual relationships with external customers, partners, and suppliers through completion. A Legal Counsel will also act as an advisor on legal issues arising in the course of a company’s business, including issues related to contract interpretation, intellectual property, corporate policy and regulatory compliance.
