A brand new opportunity has come up for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join an established, respected local employer based in Perth. This is a full-time permanent role with free on site parking and beautiful open office space.
Duties include but are not limited to;
* Payroll for weekly and monthyl staff
* Cash flow forecasts and monthly comparison reports
* Year end HMRC submissions
* Credit Control
* VAT returns
* Bank reconciliations
* Process sales invoice
* Financial administration
Ideally you should have experience in a similar role within a high volume time sensitive environment.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous financial experience, experience using Sage50, have the ability to multi-task, have high attention to detail, have excellent organisational and time management skills, and have a proactive can-do enthusiastic approach.
In turn the successful candidate will join a well-established, and growing organisation. The successful candidate will also earn up to £22,000 DOE, have free onsite parking, and working in a beautiful open plan office.
