**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare professionals in providing direct patient care, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help patients with mobility, including transferring and positioning.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any significant changes to healthcare professionals.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Maintain a clean and organise environment for patient comfort and safety.
- Follow all protocols and procedures to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
