Being supportive to all stakeholders and ensure they live active fulfilled lives in the community.
Initially temporary however has the possibility to be permanent for the right person who meets the company's needs, culture and ethos. Essential you can show a good level of knowledge in this area of expertise. .
Hours will vary 07.30 - 14.30 or 14.30 - 21.30 however if you prefer long days we have the flexibility to accommodate you..

The role is varied and interesting no two days are the same.
The key part of the role is being supportive to clients helping them access the community, Be engaging and encourage them to join social clubs, attend appointments and assist with daily living tasks.
Work with other professionals and clients to develop quality care plans and risk assessments.
This includes budgeting and meeting individual personal goals and outcomes.

Ideally you will have
* Experience of complex care
* Have an NVQ or working towards
* Flexibility on work patterns
* Be enthusiastic in your approach to work
* 6 months UK paid experience
