Currently recruiting for an Administrator to join my client on an ongoing temporary contract with an immediate start. The offices for this position are based in Eurocentral, North Lanarkshire and you must be able to get here for 2-3 days training within your first week. After initial training has been conducted you are then able to work from home.
This role will be supporting the client with administrative duties on a project they have ongoing. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. You must drive or be able to commute locally for this location.
On a day to day basis you will be supporting the team with tasks such as checking compliance of delivery locations, reviewing orders and identifying the accuracy of locations, reviewing internal systems to keep on top of deliveries, issues or concerns, whilst reporting in with members of the team with any concerns regarding any delivery locations.
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced administrator who is also confident being on the telephone as you will actively contact internal members of staff as well as:
- Working knowledge of Excel, and Outlook
- Experience or knowledge of using: Vlookups / Pivot Tables / Conditional lists / Conditional formatting / Excel calculations
- Experience of managing processes
- Ability to work in a logical and methodical manner
- Ability to use own initiative and effectively manage several tasks at one time
