As the Team Leader, your primary responsibility is to oversee the delivery of top-tier Front of House services, upholding company standards to the highest degree. Acting as the focal point of the building, you'll intimately understand your colleagues' needs and collaborate closely with service providers to guarantee a seamless experience for all staff.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Creating Lasting Impressions:
* Inspire and lead your team to foster a welcoming environment, ensuring memorable client care.
* Cultivate a sense of community within the building, encouraging engagement and interaction among colleagues.
* Organise community events and celebrations in collaboration with other services.
Service Delivery:
* Lead by example, promoting a unified approach to deliver seamless experiences for colleagues and clients.
* Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for managerial teams.
* Provide strategic oversight of all Front of House services, including Reception, Events Planning, and Community Engagement.
* Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to align service delivery with business needs.
* Ensure compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
* Prepare and deliver monthly client reports, addressing all aspects of service delivery.
Focus on People:
* Mentor and coach, your direct reports to help them realise and surpass their potential.
* Take charge of recruitment processes in accordance with company policies.
* Conduct on-site inductions and oversee probation periods for new employees, adhering to company guidelines.
* Provide both standardised and tailored training to team members as required.
Effective Communication:
* Stay closely connected to the business, addressing the needs of both employees and clients.
* Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate, establishing trust with colleagues as a reliable partner.
* Maintain awareness of relevant legislation, including health and safety regulations, and prioritise security at all times.
Skills/Experience:
* Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role within a 5-star corporate environment or similar setting.
* Experience in client/guest services or similar roles.
* Proven track record of leading large, diverse, and dynamic teams.
* Experience in managing and developing leadership roles.
* Understanding of how daily performance aligns with SLAs and KPIs.
* Experience working with audiovisual and conferencing equipment is highly desirable.
* Good understanding of health and safety processes and their implementation and management.
* Familiarity with meeting room booking and reservation systems (e.g., Condeco or similar).
* Knowledge of visitor management systems (e.g., Check ID or similar).
* Proficiency in help desk and ticketing systems.
* Working knowledge and proven capability in key employment legislation.
* Familiarity with video conferencing systems (e.g., Zoom, Polycom or similar).
