Are you a senior clinician looking to drive delivery and improvement across Mental Health Services in North West England?
We are working with an exceptional charity in the North West to recruit an outstanding clinician to support the operations director within their mental health services to ensure the necessary clinical and therapeutic models, pathways, policies, processes and performance are delivered.
Working with the Operations Director to deliver this ambition by ensuring that we have the necessary clinical and therapeutic models, pathways, policies, processes and performance, the head of clinical support will directly line managing a dedicated quality improvement lead, Occupational Therapists, Community Nurses and Psychology assistants and working alongside the registered service managers.
We are looking for an exceptional individual with:
* At least 3 year's clinical and/or therapy experience working in an adult mental health field.
* Experience of clinical risk management and reporting.
* Demonstrable experience of leading, managing and developing multi-disciplinary clinical or therapy teams.
* Experience of contributing to complex projects to remain within scope, budget and timescale.
* Experience of CQC regulatory compliance framework and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
* A professional mental health qualification and membership of a registered professional body (NMC/ HCPC)
As this role is based over a number of services, the role requires a car driver with a full licence.
The role is home based with expectation to be in services at least 3 days per week.
