An amazing opportunity has arisen to join an amazing company based in Cheltenham who are currently recruiting for a Internal Sales Coordinator to join their highly successful team on a permanent basis.
This is a family business that is growing rapidly, where company culture is very important. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of Sales order processing using SAGE.

Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
Hours: 08.30 - 16.30 Monday to Thursday and 08.30-14.00 on Friday. 1 hour lunch break
Locations: Cheltenham, Office based, parking available
The role:
Key duties and responsibilities :
* Processing and raising purchase orders / quotations based on customer requests and enquiries in a timely manner.
* Maintaining all other documentation to ISO 9001 standards.
* Liaise with management on all bespoke requests sourcing prices for products and delivery from suppliers.
* Receive all incoming orders and technical enquiries via email and telephone.
* Engage with other departments such as production & dispatch.
* Follow up all open quotations to maximise sales revenue.
* Accurately keep records of all communication with customers.
* Maximise sales revenue with our existing customer base.
* Proactively source new customers building your own customer portfolio
* To provide an outstanding level of customer service
* Identify and maximise opportunities to assist with the growth of the Company products
* Keen attention to detail when gathering all customer information required to fully process orders
* Manage central mailbox and action incoming order emails in a timely
* Generate new business by lead generating new potential customers
Experience required/desired:
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Essential full working knowledge of SAGE 50
* Experience of working in an industrial / engineering / sales environment
* Keen attention to detail
* Good administrative and organisation skills with ability to work towards deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft office, Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
* Experience in generating new customer leads
* Excellent communications skills
* Experience taking orders over the telephone and providing and excellent telephone manner
* Knowledge of Industrial Lubricants and equipment would be advantageous, but not essential.
