Contract: £8.67 per hour
Role: Full Time Customer Service, Sale and Retentions
Rate of Pay: £8.67 per hour plus Commission
Hours: Working full time (37.5 hours per week) Shifts TBC, but the opening hours are between 7am - 8pm working on a rotating shift pattern 5 days out of 7 including weekends.

You will be representing a highly reputable brand, and will be the first point of contact for customers who have order enquiries. They want your personality to shine through and aid the customer, in order to provide the BEST customer service for them!
This is a great job, and you will be based in a really fun environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Dealing with customer enquiries, managing and resolving customer complaints following online purchases
Upselling at any opportunity
Working to sales targets
Retaining customers who want to leave
Providing customers with product and service information
Processing orders, tracking deliveries and handling billing enquires
Ensuring a high level of customer care and attention to detail at all times
This is a full-time role with a fixed weekend shift pattern. You will be required to pass a criminal record check and a credit check.
