Scanning Assistant - Glasgow
To deliver a comprehensive scanning service to all departments to enhance the efficient operation of the organisation in line with its policies, procedures, and work directives.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Overall
* Support the organisation in its commitment to continuous growth and advancement across all domains.
* Strive to deliver exceptional service to all fee earners.
* Adopt a proactive approach to tasks for fee earners.
* Engage constructively in performance evaluations and participate in agreed training and development initiatives.
* Adhere to office and compliance protocols, including health and safety regulations.
Daily Responsibilities
* Scan incoming mail for distribution to relevant departments.
* Establish new client paper files.
* Assist the Office Services Team with additional tasks as needed.
Required/Expected Skills:
* Systematic work approach with strong organisational abilities and capability to meet tight deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Effective team player
* Profound understanding of departmental operations
* Relevant experience in the field
* Understanding of the necessity for absolute confidentiality
