The Role
Joining the team in Maidenhead, you will have the opportunity to build your own caseload whilst also developing knowledge and experience working in full collaboration with a range of senior lawyers.
You will be getting involved in a variety of interesting work for a range of clients including individuals to large corporate organisations.
Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:
- Property portfolio management
- Grant and renewal of commercial leases
- Transfer of existing leases
- Acquisition and disposal of all types of commercial property
- Secured lending transactions, including site development
- Dealing with applications for consent to assignment
