A Workday Lead Analyst with experience of Workday Talent & Performance is required by a Global Tech Leader based in the Thames Valley. The business is undertaking a significant transformation as part of significant growth and are looking to ensure that HRIS and HR Processes are fit for purpose and scalable. Your role will be to owner of the global roadmap for Workday Talent and Performance modules and play a lead role in some interesting upcoming projects - including Talent review early in 2019.
This role is suited to a Workday Lead who has experience of, or desire to, work from home for much of the week. The growing HRIS function will be based in the Reading area so reasonable proximity to Thames Valley is required.
Workday Lead Analyst - Talent & Performance - Required Profile:
- Detailed experience of Workday, either from Consultancy or End User
- Knowledge of Workday Talent and Performance modules, including hands on configuration
- Confidence to act with autonomy as a standalone resource within wider HRIS team acting as SME on Talent and Performance modules for the global business
- Flexibility to work in a transforming business
