A bit about this Welsh-speaking customer service advisor job

Providing a key front line role service to a Financial Services organisation, this customer service advisor job is a blend of customer services and debt management. There's a bit more to it than just handling enquiries. You'll be setting up payment plans, reviewing accounts and contacting customers who have missed payments.

You must be flexible to work between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, working a 37.5 hour week.

What you'll need

As the title goes, you will be fluent in Welsh and English too. You'll have previous customer services experience whether that be in a call centre, retail or hospitality. You may even be a graduate looking for your first step onto a career ladder. You can't go wrong here for training and career development.

You'll need to be able to use a computer and navigate around the different systems, but don't worry too much about this as full training will be provided.

What's most important here is that you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a genuine desire to deliver a top notch customer service.
