We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join a leading distribution company based in St Helens. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, motivated and hardworking Administrator to support a busy Warehouse department.

The job

Sales order processing

Tracking customer orders

Completion of daily reports

Handling key accounts

Processing transport jobs

Producing daily and weekly invoices for submission to clients

Assist with goods in and goods out process

Dealing with hauliers, completing all paperwork

Ensure timely collections and deliveries

Maintaining paperwork to ensure strict stock control and SLA's are met

Identify when orders are going to fail and notify customers

Producing and distributing reports to management and clients

Experience needed

Previous warehouse administration experience

Confident telephone matter

Ability to learn new systems quickly
