Search Consultancy are looking for Warehouse Admin staff for a client based over in Bolton .

you will be based in the production office and liaising with the general office staff .

Duties include

• General office administrative tasks and ad hoc duties within the scope of the role
• Manage the Sales UK & Flooring mailboxes & accurately book all emailed orders into the Oracle order management system within daily designated deadlines
• Provide sales quotes to SW Sales managers upon request
• Ability to work within strict daily time deadlines for entry of orders
• Accurate electronic form submission.
• Answering incoming calls from internal and external customers in a professional and competent manner.
• Take messages, log and support enquiries within the department in a timely manner when required.
• Effectively liaise with other departments to ensure all procedures and processes are followed and adhered to
• Provide high levels of customer service & support to sustain our customer satisfaction levels
• Maintain accurate information on the customer within Oracle
