I am working on a fantastic opportunity for a US Qualified lawyer to join a leading Capital markets team in London. The work is market leading in terms of its sophistication as the firm strategically targets high value complex capital markets work which can be very varied in nature.
This is a great team to join if you want to become an excellent Capital Markets lawyer because there is plenty of Partner and Associate supervision on transactions and early on there is the opportunity if you feel ready to take responsibility on deals. The team is very collegiate and often work together on deals.
Ideally you will have:
- Some Capital Markets experience, this could be as little as a seat for class year 2021, more experience would be preferable for class year 2018-2020
- US Qualified, preference is New York Qualified
- Trained at a US, Magic or International law firm
- Strong academics
