I am currently looking for a Peripatetic Manager to join one of the UKs leading healthcare providers. You will be based in the South West region supporting a range of homes in the Bristol, Wiltshire and Gloucester area. You will however need to be flexible and there is an aspect of travelling to Cornwall etc.

This a brilliant opportunity for a manager who has a proven track record in turning around nursing homes. You will need to be a dynamic manager providing direct support to managers and staff as well as leading the recovery and turnaround of the nursing homes throughout the South West. This is an exciting and varied position where no day is the same!

This is a full time permanent role which will include travelling the South West region and will involve staying away on occasion; this will be discussed and arranged in advance. If you are looking for an exciting, new opportunity and are a confident home manager I would love to hear from you!

All services in the South West region are Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes, so knowledge and experience in a similar role and environment is essential. You will need to have strong leadership skills and clinical skills as well a clear understanding of the CQC and their regulations.
