An incredible opportunity has arisen with a Top 100 law firm in Southampton to join their ever-successful team Travel Litigation team.

The firm has over 600 staff, including Partners who all operate across multiple offices in the South of the UK. The role will see you join the travel team which takes on plenty of interesting and complex work. You will be acting for both claimant and defendant insurers and airlines regarding accidents or claims that occur whilst abroad or during travel. There is no need to have previous experience with regard to this niche because all the training and supervision you need will be available, the role will suit an experienced PI or insurance lawyer.

The team handles a full range of injury claims including catastrophic injuries, such as head and spinal injuries, amputations, and all manner of insurance disputes. You would be joining an award-winning team with some of the best lawyers right on the frontline of this interesting practice area where many cases have been reported.

Skills/Experience

  • Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX) or Solicitor
  • Previous experience in Personal Injury or Insurance work for either Claimants or Defendants
  • Motivated and ambitious
  • Experience in travel claims or litigation to include personal injury or insurance with either claimant or defendant experience would be beneficial but not required
