We are currently recruiting for a travel management client who is has gained recognition nationally as a market leader in this area. This particular role would be fantastic exposure into the world of negotiation and contracting.
This fantastic opportunity would be ideal for someone who has prior knowledge of the UK tourism industry, excellent organisational skills and the ability to maintain good communication within a busy environment.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Negotiating rates and terms for clients
- Organising office records
- Managing descriptive content portfolios
- Managing image bank
- Working daily as an administrative function
- Recognise new possible suppliers
- Understand business strategy
- Cover emergency phone periodically
The office hours for this role will be 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You will occasionally be required to cover an emergency phone line.

Salary: Up to £25,000 (depending on experience)
