I am currently working with a client that is on the lookout for exceptional sales and service professionals for their central Edinburgh office. This role will start off as 35 hours per week, eventually going full time.
On a daily basis you will be taking inbound calls from customers who may have queries about products and services but you will also be making outbound calls to sell to customers. These calls will be warm leads of customers who have made enquiries about my clients products but may be from some time ago.
My client sells incredibly niche products so you must keep your knowledge up to date and be able to bring the products to life for customers over the phone, this is where your passion and enthusiasm comes in. You will be building rapport throughout your interactions with customers over the phone and assessing their needs as well as closing deals.
What are we looking for?
Experience within a sales environment, preferably call centre as this is an office based role within a small team. Excellent communication skills and great at multitasking as it is a busy office and small team. You must be incredibly resilient, for every yes there are 9 no's!
On offer is an excellent basic salary of £18,000 to £22,000 depending on experience along with weekly, monthly and annual bonus schemes. You will be working for a company that really values their employees, how many businesses do you know that take their team to Venice for Christmas lunch?
