Transport Administrator




We are currently working with a distribution company based in Knowsley looking for an experienced Transport / Sales Administrator. You must have excellent knowledge using MS Office packages and good communication skills.

The Job;

Arranging transport with hauliers to deliver goods around the UK

Communicating with suppliers and hauliers to agree times for receiving goods into the warehouses

Inputting orders on to systems and preparing delivery notes

Preparing labels ensuring the correct documentation is ready

Issuing the required documents for incoming goods for the warehouse team

Inputting charges onto systems

Handling invoices inputting information onto Excel

Creating and sending invoices

Keeping customers up to date with any issues

Experience needed;

Previous Transport / Sales admin experience is essential

Effective communicator

Excellent MS Office knowledge

Ability to multitask using multiple systems
