Transport Administrator - Immediate Start

We are looking for an experienced Transport Administrator to join a busy team based in St Helens. As a Transport Administrator you will need to be an organized individual who is professional and confident on the phone. This has the potential to lead to longer opportunities within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
* Transferring calls and relaying messages to relevant departments
* Dealing with drivers and customers on a face-to-face basis
* De-brief drivers
* Carrying out general administrative tasks, e.g. filing

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Transport Administrator is essential
* Confident using a variety of in-house systems
* Experienced using Excel and Word
* Manage tasks and time effectively
* Work well within a team
