Transport Administrator - Immediate Start

We are looking for an experienced Transport Administrator to join a busy team based in St Helens. As a Transport Administrator you will need to be an organized individual who is professional and confident on the phone. This has the potential to lead to permanent opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
* Transferring calls and relaying messages to relevant departments
* Dealing with drivers and customers on a face-to-face basis
* De-brief drivers
* Carrying out general administrative tasks, e.g. filing

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Transport Administrator is essential
* Confident using a variety of in-house systems
* Experienced using Excel and Word
* Manage tasks and time effectively
* Work well within a team
