Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for an administrator on a temporary basis for our client in the centre of Aberdeen. The perfect candidate would be immediately available and ideally have experience within Administration or Reception. This position will cover Monday to Friday and various hours.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role is:
* Provide a high level of customer care and administration support throughout the business
* Providing basic IT support to office staff
* Sorting out the mail
* Booking travel and transport
* Initial point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
* Booking meeting rooms when required
* Greet visitors and clients, and deal with inquiries and those attending for appointments
