Search Human Resources is currently partnering a leading City Centre based public sector organisation to recruit a Training Officer. The is a permanent opportunity paying between £28,000 and £32,000

Reporting into the Learning and Development Manager and working as part of a wider L&D Team you will provide high quality learning and development solutions to colleagues and associates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the induction and annual training events for associates including leading and facilitating in person and virtually
  • To create E-Learning and in person training courses for both the staff and associates
  • To support the L&D Manager in projects
  • Work with Managers and the wider learning team to develop and maintain content on the intranet
  • Develop strong working relationships with staff and stakeholders to help build credibility within the organisation
  • Work collaboratively with the stakeholders and managers to design a bespoke induction programme
  • Maintain accurate records and update the learning and development system
  • Have a sound working knowledge of E-Learning platforms and be able to create and upload content

The suitable candidate for this role will be a true learning specialist , you will enjoy working with stakeholders to create exciting training and E-Learning.

This role offers hybrid working so will have a blend of home/office working.
