Training & Competence Manager
Up to £75,000 + benefits

I am pleased to be instructed by a leading Wealth Management organisation to assist with the appointment of an experienced and technically knowledgeable Training and Competence Manager to join their established team in Birmingham.

Joining a market leading organisation with unrivalled reputation, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring the company provides first class training and development. The key objectives of the role holder will involve maintaining regulatory T&C schemes, assisting with the day to day management and development of other T&C Supervisors and driving the team forward. Please note some travel is associated with this position in order to partake in wider business meetings.

The successful candidate will have 5 years practical T&C experience in the Financial Advice industry and will be qualified to level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning as a minimum and progress made towards Chartered Status will be advantageous.
