Search Consultancy are excited to be working with an award-winning Property agent with a proven track record in Lettings, Sales, Built to Rent and New Homes with branches in Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds.

The ever growing company are now on the lookout for a Training and Compliance coordinator to join their fantastic team.

Salary- £25,000- £30,000
Location- Sale

Responsibilities

* The identification and planning of all training needs across the organisation
* Ensuring compliance across the board with industry legislation
* Provide, updates, reports and information to all staff members
* Implement effective ways to promote training and compliance
* Work on specialised projects
* Keeping detailed records of new starter training, technical training and development


About you

* You will have previous experience within another role
* Experience within the property industry
* A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential as you will be required to undertake training activities at several locations across the North West.
* Reliable and enthusiastic
* You must be able to work on your initiative, be well organised and be an excellent communicator
