Trainee Recruitment Consultant required to join a successful, busy and vibrant team in Leeds City Centre, supplying both temporary and permanent staff to technical and manufacturing companies around the North of England.

This role will be split between working from our Leeds City Centre office and out on the road visiting clients, mainly in North Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, therefore you must be mobile, with your own transport and be able to split your time between contacting clients and candidates from the office and also communicating face to face in client's work spaces.

Due to unprecedented demand, we are looking for someone to join my team to help grow our business by both resourcing for candidates and developing and strengthening relationships with current clients. In time, you will be expected to develop your own client base as you progress in your role.

The role is full time, based out of our Leeds office. You must feel comfortable speaking to people over the phone and also in a face to face situation and this will be a route into the world of recruitment for someone keen to join the industry or a great opportunity to grow for someone with prior recruitment experience.

Due to the location of our current clients and target areas you will ideally be based around Wakefield/Doncaster, but other areas within travelling distance of Leeds would be considered.

Full training will be provided but we are looking for someone with a good telephone manner, a clear communicator and someone with their own transport so you can get around to client's bases.
