Our social housing client is looking for an experienced Tenancy Enforcement Officer to join their inclusive team. The salary is £16 per hour, and the demanding yet rewarding role is based in South Tyneside.
The Housing Enforcement officer role:
I will consider those with transferable skills such as customer service experience, problem solving skills, experience of dealing with complex situations. You do not necessarily need to have experience in tackling Anti-Social Behaviour.
As a Tenancy Enforcement Officer you will work with elected members, communities, colleagues and partners to deliver an outstanding proactive and responsive community safety and tenant enforcement function.
You will investigate cases of anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively - providing local communities and residents with the reassurance they need to feel safe. In this job you will also ensure that the community safety service is integrated within the housing and area management service to provide excellent customers services.
Other requirements for this Housing Enforcement officer role include:
* Have a BTEC National Diploma or equivalent in relevant subject and/or appropriate professional experience
* Have DBS on the update service, or be willing to assist me in processing one for you
