Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for a number of Administrators and Receptionists on a temporary basis for our clients in the city centre. The perfect candidates would be immediately available and have experience within a Reception/Admin role. These positions will cover Monday to Friday with variable pay rates.
The main duties and responsibilities of these roles are:
* Provide a high level of customer care and administration support throughout the business
* Initial point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
* Booking meeting rooms when required
* Greet visitors and clients, and deal with inquiries and those attending for appointments
* Ensure the main reception area is always presentable and well maintained
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of admin experience and be immediately available.
