Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for a client in Nairn to join their team on a temporary basis for 8 weeks with an immediate start. The candidate will be working with the manager and team to deliver administrative support.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within an admin role and be able to start immediately. The hours are full time and Monday to Friday.
On a day to day basis, the role will include:
* Provide a high level of customer care and administration support throughout the business
* Sorting out the mail
* Booking travel and transport
* Initial point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
* Take incoming deliveries
The candidate must have:
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Driving licence due to location
Strong administrative experience
Proficient IT skills
Good organisational skills
Excellent customer service skills as well as a professional attitude
