Our client in the centre of Inverness is looking for an administration assistant to start immediately for a period of 6 months with a view to be extended to 12 months. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have some good administration experience.
Main duties and responsibilities -
* Heavy use of Microsoft office programs like outlook, excel and word
* Making copies of documents and scanning documents
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
* Answering the telephone and customer enquires
* Taking and setting up payments
* Archiving documents
