My client is looking to recruit a Telesales Team Manager to manage their Evening team of Telesales Executives.
As a Telesales Team Manager you will be tasked with managing and coaching performance, driving personal healthcare sales and retention, developing skills and motivating the Telesales team.
Managing a team of Telephone Account Managers and Lead Generators you will ensure agreed performance and sales targets are met by driving corporate healthcare telephone sales. You will develop, implement and refine a program of effective management information that will demonstrate maximum commercial value is achieved by your team, whilst ensuring QA processes are embedded and adhered to.
Being a dynamic and strategic manager you will successfully drive and mentor a sales team whose targets will be achieved by optimising and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
Your training will provide you with an intimate knowledge of our clients products as well as understanding competitor activity and external environment to ascertain how to change and adapt to ensure our clients products are always at the forefront for consideration.
We're keen to meet applicants who have a proven track record of managing a sales/telesales/telemarketing team, and of developing effective and compliant practices in line with FCA regulation.

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 12pm - 8pm and Friday 9am - 5pm
