My client is looking for a Telesales Manager to initially work on a 6-month fixed-term contract that is likely to evolve into a full-time permanent job. Based out of their Luton office you'll be earning a pro-rata salary ranging between £32,000 and £37,000.
As a Telesales Manager, you will be maximising sales revenue through management, motivation and leadership of the Hiring Desk team. Reporting to the Regional Head of Sales, you will be responsible for ensuring that crucial KPIs are consistently met and exceeded each month. You will be conducting monthly sales performance management reviews with regular feedback to sales team members and management.
Some of your key sales opportunities and challenges:
? Managing the Sales Advisors & ISM's adopting a proactive approach; commercially prioritising the market and key customers to ensure that the targets for revenue, contact rate, average handling time and DMC rate are met consistently each month.
? Conduct monthly performance management reviews, ensuring that objectives and development plans are set out and provide regular feedback to team members and management.
? Identify team member's development areas through regular weekly/monthly call listening in sessions to include "Side-by-Side" and "Remote" activity.
As a collaborative and inclusive Telesales Manager, you will be providing solutions for increasing engagement, and sales to exceed revenue, service and quality KPI's.
You should be passionate about maximising sales through working closely with your team. Apart from being an excellent communicator and committed Sales Manager, you should be able to focus on the continuous improvement of team performance and individuals development.
