Role Summary

o Lead/Opportunity generation
o Calling our existing customer base to either upsell, cross-sell, help with retention or reactivate dormant account o Using call lists of prospective clients
o helping to manage the sales process to conclusion
o Follow up on leads generated via in-house marketing activities and campaigns
o Working towards set KPI's and targets to ensure sales revenue targets are achieved
o Handle objections and be able to use initiative

* 2+ year B2B outbound telephone sales experience
* Professional phone manner
* Willingness to make numerous calls on a daily basis
* Strong qualification ability
* Tenacious
* Able to converse at a reasonable business level (commercial awareness)
* Team player - able to communicate and work together with teams at various levels
* Excellent communication skills
* Good computer skills (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
