Immediate START - Monday 9th March

My client based in Leeds are looking to expand their Customer Service team, they offer free parking onsite and great access to public transport along with working hours of Monday-Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm and Friday 8.45am - 2.45pm.

Customer Service Advisor Role:

* Maintain and grow existing client relationships which in turn will help you develop new business leads
* Manage a customer portfolio ensuring fuel card use is maximised at all times.
* Oversee the handover of new customers into your customer portfolio on a monthly basis.
* Set weekly prices for fuel for your customer base.
* Analyse reports
* Advise your customers of any changes that might affect their fuel purchase and where necessary change the card provider to ensure the customer has the best product for their needs.

Person Specification:

* You have excellent communication skills
* Have a confident telephone manner.
* You are results driven
* You have a passion for getting into a sales and service environment and that you'll always give 100%.
