Search are looking for sales professionals with proven business development experience in a successful B2B sales environment with a keen eye for detail, a strong drive to succeed and a passion for targets.
You need to have high standards and you will be required to deliver sales and profit performance through the identification and building of new business.
This role is exciting, fast paced and a great opportunity to join within central Birmingham.
You will need to:
* Have a proven track record of sales / generating business
* Be self motivated - seeking new opportunities to market products and services.
* Be analytical, using market research and sales data to identify prospects, identifying quick wins.
* Have good communication skills, you need to be able to convince others to buy our products and services.
* Have good negotiation skills to effectively close the deal.
* Be goal focused, you will need to regularly hit and exceed your KPI targets.
* Have excellent organisational skills, being able to respond quickly to meet deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous sales experience in a B2B environment
* A drive to succeed and be passionate about targets.
* A new business/cold calling focus, preferably B2B though B2C will be considered.
* The ability to generate new leads
* Excellent customer service experience.
* Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
* Excellent organisational and time management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
£18,000 - £21,000 + Commission
Monday to Friday
