Telemarketing Executive - Raising to £19,000 - Immediate - Full time/Temp - Perm

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses. This role is flexible and can be taken on either a temporary or permanent basis, full time or part-time.

Your Job Details:

Location: Shirley, Solihull

Pay rate p/h: £8.90 - £9.80

Hours: 9:00am - 17:00pm (Friday finish at 14:45pm)

Days: Monday - Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to Perm

Salary: £17,000.00 - £19,000 (starting salary is £17,000)

(Plus bonus structure offering up to £2,100.00 P/A)

You're Role: Working on behalf of our clients contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, and complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers.

  • Experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls.
  • Achieve a dialling target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign)
  • Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

Progression Prospects: The progression route for those interested would be to work towards the role of a Senior Telemarketing Executive and the a Team Leader, both offering different pay structures
