Job Description

The role: Telemarketing Executive

As a company that offers business to business services, we are very keen on recruiting candidates with previous experience in telemarketing or similar environment to join our vibrant outbound sales team. The role is flexible and open to those interested in temporary or permanent work, full-time or part-time.

Duties and responsibilities:

Working on behalf of our clients contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, and complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers.

Progression Prospects:

With this role their is potential career progression in working towards roles such as a Senior Telemarketing Executive or a Team Leader. Both positions offer different pay structure.

Skills and experience:

* Experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls.
* Able to achieve a dialling target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign)
* Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD. Marketing Director
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Excellent spoken English
* Self motivated
* Work well within a team and as an individual

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £17,000.00 to £19,000.00 p/year
(Plus Commission Structure offering up to £2100.00 per annum)

Life insurance and Company pension scheme
29 days holiday per annum pro rata

Days: Mon - Fri
Hours: 9am - 5pm (2:45pm on a fri)
