As a Telemarketing Agent you must display commercial awareness, negotiating skills and be confident building rapport with a varied customer base to ensure your targets are exceeded. You will demonstrate experience, motivation and ability to conduct a high volume of outbound calls on a daily basis.
Ideally you will have experience and knowledge of the construction sector however this is not essential.
A typical day in your new job could look like this:
- Qualifying pre-generated leads through calling business customers
- Identifying decision makers and establishing a commercial need for an industry leading product
- Confirming appointments with decision makers for the field sales team
