Search Consultancy is looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Telehandler Operator for a high-priority, long-term project in Northumberland. Your Role & Responsibilities

Working on a busy site in Northumberland, you will be the backbone of the project's logistics:

• Load Management: Efficiently loading and unloading deliveries and ensuring materials are distributed to the correct trades across the site.
• Precision Lifting: Navigating the machine safely in tight or elevated areas, supporting bricklayers and other subcontractors.
• Safety Checks: Conducting daily pre-start inspections and maintaining the machine to high standards to ensure zero downtime.
• Site Coordination: Communicating effectively with the Site Manager and Banksman to manage pedestrian and vehicle movement.

What We're Looking For

• CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS): A valid card with the CSCS logo is a non-negotiable requirement for this site.
• Safety Critical Medical: You must hold a current, valid Safety Critical Medical certificate.
• Proven Experience: Demonstrated history of operating telehandlers on construction sites of various scales.
• Reliability: An immediate start is required, so we need someone ready to commit to a long-term contract.
• Professionalism: You understand the responsibility of operating heavy machinery and prioritise the safety of your teammates at all times.
