I am working in partnership with a global client who operate in the testing arena and pride themselves in delivering a high quality of service to their customers. They are currently looking for a Technical Support Manager.
You will be in charge of the testing services, manage a team of 4 analysts and ensure results are delivered within an agreed time frame. You will be the key person in regulatory aspects and you will play a significant role in the auditing process. You will closely cooperate with other departments and provide valuable advice to customers on the product range and specifics.
For the role of Technical Support Manager I am looking to speak to experienced professionals - ideally with background in microbiology combined with appropriate testing skills - who know how to run a lab, manage a team and have significant experience with ISO 13485, ISO 17025, and auditing.
