As a Technical Support Advisor you will be the first point of contact for my client's user base when having technical difficulties using their product. You will provide real-time support to front-line users, via phone, email and instant message. Our client's users have a difficult & stressful job and your role will be to help make it just a little bit easier.
Our client is looking for candidates that have experience of supporting software and hardware products. You must have experience in first time resolution, as well as being as flexible problem solver.
Candidates with a background in Healthcare or working in a start-up environment would be advantageous.
This role will be supporting calls in America and therefore candidates who wish to be considered must be able to work night shift hours.
In return the client is offering a very generous package of up to £30,000 basic salary, 30 days holiday, pension scheme, and bi-annual company retreats.
