My client is an innovative and extremely successful business and has a global presence in the market. Due to demand and success, they now need to recruit a technical services coordinator based from their offices in Warwick.
Working as part of a friendly team on a shift pattern anytime between 7.30am- 6.00pm (5pm finish on Fridays), you will be liaising with customers, some of whom will be vulnerable, advising them on issues they have with the products- by email and phone. Some plumbing and technical knowledge will be a distinct advantage and some calls will require you to go and find out some information and call them back and even check that they're happy with everything. You will go above and beyond!
You will have excellent communication skills and be empathetic and patient. You will also have some experience of working within a customer services environment before.
