Shift Pattern - 4 on 4 off

7am to 7pm Hours

No on call required by the site manager

Overtime can be available however not guaranteed


An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to manage the Mercedes Benz contract based in Milton Keynes.

You will ensure that all works, including those of suppliers and subcontractors are completed to programme, budget and quality standards expected and in a professional and ethical manner adhering to commercial guidelines, established best practice and professional/company standards.

You will also Promote the development of team members and actively encourage effective relationships.

As a senior site representative you will ultimately be responsible for the resourcing, development and leadership of a team, defining and communicating contract objectives and constraints and complying with health, safety and environmental legislation, thereby delivering the end product on time, within budget and to the agreed quality.


The ideal candidate will have:

* CSCS Card
* mechanical experience and skill set
* PASMA
* IPAF
* Have previous experience required working in a blue chip environment with FM experience.
