Technical Coordinator - New Build Housing
£30,000 - £45,000 + package
Warrington

I am presently undertaking a search on behalf of a multiple award winning, nationally recognised new build housing developer who are seeking to appoint a Technical Coordinator.

You would have the opportunity to work in a relaxed environment in a social and supportive team with a manager who understands the importance of a work-life balance.

As the company work on a variety of projects and are proud not to be box bashers, you are given the chance to push boundaries and put your stamp on a wide range of residential units.

As a key member of the Technical Team, you are required to attend progress meetings and resolve technical problems. This covers liaising with Architects and Engineers and providing detailed feedback, handling planning obligations and planning conditions, and meeting with the Project Team to oversee projects.

The company are seeking a Technical Coordinator who has an either an engineering or architectural background within the new build housing sector, either affordable or open market.

In addition to working on a variety of engaging and diverse projects, you would also have the opportunity to work for a company that offers extensive career progression, including a fast-track management scheme.

If you are looking to work for an award winning company that has an envious status for their varied projects and commitment to their team's happiness, then this is ideal opportunity for you.
