Job Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-18:30
Inbound Customer Service - NO WEEKEND WORK!

A bit about the role:
Taking inbound calls to support advisers in appropriately using systems (The Key and Mortgage Brain), promoting the functionality and clearly demonstrating how the technology can efficiently contribute in business functions to help increase the adoption of the technology.
What we need from you:
- Great energy and positive vibes
- Experience of handling large volumes of inbound calls
- Excellent IT skills and proficient use of technology (Training from day 1 on specific technologies)
- Good time management and organisational skills
- The fire in your belly to want to progress and grow with us!
