We're recruiting experienced Customer Support Team Managers to join this highly successful growing business in Gateshead that's keeping the country moving. The role comes with an excellent salary of £26k and benefits package.

This growing business is looking for Customer Support Team Managers who will drive the performance of a team of customer service advisors to ensure quality targets and KPIs are consistently met to deliver great customer service. Specifically, the Customer Support Team Manager will: coach and develop new starters; manage a busy team; monitor and allocate work; conduct team meetings; and provide progress reports to the management team. The shift pattern will be between 8am and 8pm, with rotational weekends.

This managerial customer service full-time role will suit a senior customer service representative with management experience alongside the following skills:

  • Experience managing a customer service team in a regulated call centre environment.
  • The ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your initiative.
  • An advanced understanding of the requirements of your customers and colleagues.
